Sales person: (Sales Rep Organizations welcome to apply)

Responsibilities:
• Must be able to travel to USA and Europe
• Possess strong communications and presentation skills, and will be required to conduct onsite or remote demonstrations of our products
• Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective customers
• Analyze our market segment and generate recommendations for product roadmaps
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and establish relationships with potential customers, resellers, or solution providers
• Be a strong team player (i.e. flexible, hard working, self-motivated, results oriented)
• Strong understanding of networking principles
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of enterprise sales experience
• College Diploma, University Degree, or higher in related field
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Be a strong team player (i.e. flexible, hard working, self-motivated, results oriented)
• Strong problem solving abilities, candidates will be tested for their problem solving abilities in phone and on site interviews
• Solid understanding of computer networking principles
• Demonstrated success in related technical sales area
Nice to Have Skills:
• Knowledge of mobile computing space (Windows Mobile devices)
• Knowledge of software technologies such as networking and databases

Senior C# Programmer:

Responsibilities:
•Participate in internal development projects such as developing new solutions and enhancing/maintaining existing solutions
•Contribute towards the entire development lifecycle of analysis, design, implementation and test. Participate in database design, system architecture design and applies specialized knowledge in a broad spectrum of technology areas including technology trends, current industry standards, and latest solution development techniques
•Create appropriate development documentation
•Mentor junior developers, review their code and suggest improvements
Qualifications:
•Very strong problem solving abilities, candidates will be tested for their problem solving abilities in phone and on site interviews
•3+ years .NET/C# programming for Windows desktop applications
•3+ years ASP.NET/C# for web and/or client-server applications.
•Strong understanding of the .NET Framework and .NET technologies including: C#, ASP.NET, Web Services
•Experience in creation of web applications using Microsoft tools and technologies: IIS, ASP.Net, JavaScript, Visual Studio
•Experience developing highly scalable multi-threaded server side software
•Strong understanding of relational databases, including good working knowledge of MS SQL
•Knowledge and experience with web design, HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
•Experience with addressing HTML and scripting compatibility issues between different web browsers and platforms.
•Good written and verbal communication skills
•Team Player, flexible, hard working, deadline oriented
Nice to have Skills:
•Experience with GUI programming
•Familiarity with XML
•Experience developing software for Windows Mobile and Windows CE mobile devices
•Experience developing communications software using custom or industry standard protocols
